Intense and elegant
Resulting from a blend of several typical Dão varieties, Terras de Santo António Red 2017 has a closed ruby color. In the nose, it’s intense, with a sensation of ripe fruit, cassis and floral hints. In the mouth, it’s very elegant with present and smooth tannins.

Vinification
Manual harvest, total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25ºC. Aging in stainless steel vats.
