Fragrant and complex

The first rosé of Quinta de Santo António was produced from selected grapes, mostly of Touriga Nacional. The personality of the variety is clearly present in the aroma revealing itself exhuberant with floral notes and red fruits. In the mouth, shows great complexity and persistency.

Manual harvest, total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours at 15ºC. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
