Based on one of the most famous varieties of Dão, Terras de Santo António Encruzado has a straw citrine colour. In the nose, displays floral and fruity aromas with hints of ripe peach. In the mouth, reveals good acidity, balanced body quite long and with good minerality.

Vinification

Manual harvest. Decantation for 48 hours at 10°C. Fermentation at controlled temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC. Aging on fine lees for 2 months.
